Abstract
An attitude scale on life styles for women was developed and administered to 98 female and 95 male undergraduate students. Ss were asked to fill out a 28-item questionnaire, following written instructions. Scores on this attitude scale correlated significantly for both males and females ( p < .01) with self-reported behaviors relating to life styles for women. The alpha coefficient of reliability for the attitude scale was .829 for males and .889 for females. Significant differences were found between the males' and females' attitudes and interest in women's liberation groups and view of living partner ( p < .01).
