Abstract
Five creativity measures tapping both fluency and originality were administered to 320 Jamaican middle-class 16-yr.-olds (101 boys and 219 girls) to assess sex differences in creative performance. Analysis indicated sex differences only on the Remote Associates Test, with superior performance by girls. In addition, there were more significant correlations for girls than boys.
