Abstract
The conclusion of Moss and Butler that much of parapsychological research may be dismissed on grounds of inaccurate reporting, improper design, and inadequate controls is shown to be biased and basically incorrect. The reporting style, design and controls of good parapsychological experiments, it is argued, are as good as any in behavioral sciences. The evidence for ESP is strong enough to compel an unbiased observer to take it seriously.
