Responses of Conduct-Disordered versus Psychotic Adolescents to PPVT-R Items of Human versus Nonhuman Content

Abstract

24 conduct-disordered youth were compared with 22 psychotic youth on differential responsivity to human versus nonhuman content plates on the PPVT-R. Conduct-disordered youth performed worse on items featuring human stimuli, implying antisocial patterns which might correlate with more active avoidance of social relating.
