Abstract

Key Clinical MessageIn patients with lung adenocarcinoma, angiogenesis‐altering drugs can alter the appearance of leptomeningeal metastasis on magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scans. In the ventral brainstem, this can manifest as a unique, linear, non‐enhancing T2‐hyperintense signal.
