Abstract
AbstractAn efficient method to access β‐alkynyl ketones from propargylic alcohols and enamides under copper catalysis was developed. This methodology allows access to a series of highly functionalized β‐alkynyl ketones in moderate to excellent yields under mild conditions. Moreover, the resultant products could further be transformed to various valuable scaffolds with potential biological activities.
