Abstract
AbstractHere, molybdenum disulfide with graphene‐like structure is prepared by a feasible and simple hydrothermal method. It is also characterized by X‐ray diffraction and a scanning electron microscope to verify the yield and quality of the prepared molybdenum disulfide (MoS2). In addition, a type of photodetector is prepared from the prepared MoS2 as a photosensitive material, and its light response characteristics are explored. The experimental results show that the prepared MoS2 has good photoresponse performance, and it can achieve a photocurrent of 2.40 µA under 660 nm light of 9.85 mW mm−2. At the same time, it shows stable and repeatable light response characteristics at different bending angles. This work is considered as a way to construct a new type of photodetector with a simple manufacturing process and low cost.
