Abstract
SummaryIn this paper, standard deviation ellipse, spatial autocorrelation, cold hot spot analysis, kernel density estimation, and other spatial analysis models are first used to analyze the evolution process and spatial and temporal distribution characteristics of A‐level logistics enterprises in the Yangtze River Delta. Secondly, a regression model is used to analyze the main factors driving the evolution of the spatial and temporal patterns of A‐level logistics enterprises in the Yangtze River Delta. The research finds that the development of A‐level logistics enterprises in the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration generally presents a trend that increasing number and unbalanced development of enterprises of different levels. Regional economic strength, regional policy, transportation accessibility, cargo transportation capacity, and port development level are the main factors driving the evolution of the spatial and temporal pattern of A‐level logistics enterprises in the Yangtze River Delta.
