Abstract
ABSTRACTUnexplained psychopathologies, although intriguing for the inquisitive clinician, pose significant diagnostic and treatment challenges. In such cases, looking beyond what is evident and logical might just be the answer. This case report reflects on a patient with a diagnosis of Parkinson's disease and Lewy body dementia, with an unusual set of symptoms and disease progression. It also explores the possibility of an overlap of clinical features associated with recent exposure to gadolinium contrast agent and its possible implications in the brain tissue and the subsequent neuropsychiatric symptoms.
