Abstract
AbstractIn this paper, a wave problem, involving an anisotropic differential operator is considered. Such kind of problems can be used to modelise seismic phenomena or electrorheological smart fluid. Existence of local solution is obtained in a particular case. An asymptotic analysis is made, with the aim to obtain the long time behaviour of a solution, more precisely we establish a kind of polynomial decay.
