Abstract
AbstractPulmonary hypertension leads to significant morbidity and mortality in patients with sarcoidosis. In this study, we examined clinical factors associated with the risk of respiratory failure‐related hospitalization in 58 patients with sarcoidosis‐associated pulmonary hypertension. Pulmonary vasodilator therapy and spirometry were associated with reduced risk of hospitalization in this cohort.
