Had accepted MARSI training, year of work experience are the influencing factors of nurses' MARSI attitude score (all p < 0.05). Had accepted MARSI training, year of work experience are the influencing factors of nurses' MARSI behaviour score (p = 0.015).Patient contributionNeonatal nurses should strengthen their learning and training of MARSI related knowledge, and standardize their protective behaviours to reduce MARSI.
