Abstract
AbstractVolatile organic compounds (VOCs) are the primary pollutant emitted by chemical laboratories, causing significant damage to the environment and posing a serious threat to human health. In this study, an industrial‐scale photocatalytic device was constructed for the removal of VOCs. The effectiveness of the photocatalytic device in removing gases such as ethyl acetate, dichloromethane, petroleum ether, and formaldehyde was investigated. The effects of gas flow rate, inlet concentration, temperature, and relative humidity on photocatalytic purification efficiency were revealed, which laid an important foundation for the further development of the industrial‐scale photocatalytic device.
