Abstract
AbstractData on pressure signals and gas flow rate signals was collected under various experimental conditions. A comparative analysis was conducted to investigate the gradient changes of the fluidizing gas, the supplemental gas, and the pressurizing gas. A three‐factor three‐level orthogonal experiment was carried out. The results demonstrated that the proper use of the fluidizing gas can enhance the steady condition of the conveying process. Increasing the flow rate of the supplemental gas can improve the steady flow pattern, while the pressurizing gas has the opposite effect. The degree of influence of these parameters on the steady condition of the conveying process was shown to follow the order of fluidizing gas valve opening, pressurizing gas valve opening, and regulating gas valve opening.
