Abstract

AbstractLoss of consciousness is a rare but potentially serious complication of delivery by cesarean section under spinal anesthesia. Here, we report the case of a pregnant woman with unicuspid aortic valve that was incidentally diagnosed during aortic valve replacement after transient loss of consciousness during cesarean section.
