Abstract

AbstractThe synthesis of [Fe(PrIm)6](BF4)2 with the intention of investigating its magnetic and structural properties led to the discovery of a new family of Fe(II) 1‐propyl‐1H‐imidazole complexes, which were obtained by simply changing the reaction conditions. The structural, magnetic and electronic properties were investigated.
