Abstract
AbstractAn 8‐year‐old, female, neutered small Munsterlander presented with multiple ulcerative lesions. Some of these wounds had undermined violaceous borders, indicating lesions of pyoderma gangrenosum. Furthermore, a multicentric lymphoma was identified. The administration of chemotherapy and both systemic and topical immunosuppressive treatments resulted in the complete remission of all symptoms for approximately 6 months. However, the dog had to be euthanased due to a possible recurrence of both diseases, characterised by the reappearance of comparable skin lesions, swollen lymph nodes in the peripheral areas and a decline in overall health.
