Abstract
AbstractA noteworthy edible Laetiporus was collected during our macrofungal exploration in the Trans‐Himalayan district of Kargil, India. It is reported as a new phytogeographical record for India. Detailed morphological description and comparison with other closely related taxa of Laetiporus, as well as a molecular phylogeny, are provided.
