Abstract
Abstract
Two unusual leg “ulcers” are reported. The first represents an uncommon site for a basal-cell epithelioma, the atypicality of which is emphasized by its lymph-borne metastasis. The second, a fibrosarcoma, is an example of a rare type of malignant transformation occurring in a long-standing varicose ulcer.
