A new technique of antrectomy and gastroduodenal anastomosis associated with vagotomy in chronic duodenal ulcer. A report of 162 cases

Abstract

Abstract The duodenal ulcers are classified. A new technique of antrectomy is described in detail. A modified right paramedian approach and division of the falciform ligament are suggested during vagotomy. The follow-up results of the operations are shown and compared with other standard operations.
