Abstract

Abstract Two cases of lymphangiosarcoma developing in oedematous arms following radical mastectomy (Stewart-Treeves syndrome) are reported. Both patients showed marked symptomatic improvement and tumour regression on cyclophosphamide therapy although remission was only temporary.
