Abstract
Abstract
Three cases of spinal brucellosis are presented, demonstrating involvement of the cervical, thoracic and lumbar regions respectively, and the management is discussed.
Particular reference is made to the problems of establishing the diagnosis, and also to the differentiation of this condition from tuberculosis of the spine.
