Abstract
AbstractA simple and rapid methodology for the synthesis of fully substituted pyrroles was accomplished by the reaction microwave‐assisted from amines, 4‐hydroxycoumarins, and ketones. This protocol proceeds via ketones Csp3−H oxidation Michael addition/ cyclization/ aromatization four‐component cascade reaction affording the fully substituted pyrrole in moderate to excellent yields only in 3 min. Simple reaction conditions, high yields, and compatibility are the advantages of this protocol.
