Abstract
AbstractAn efficient method is developed for synthesizing new pyrazole‐linked oxazoles through a palladium‐catalyzed Sonogashira coupling reaction. In this method, from the reaction of 5‐chloro‐3‐methyl‐1‐phenyl‐N‐(prop‐2‐phenyl)‐1H‐pyrazole‐4‐carboxamide with aryl iodides having nitro group and aryl iodides with electron‐donating groups, pyrazole‐linked oxazole derivatives and 5‐chloro‐3‐methyl‐1‐phenyl‐N‐(3‐arylprop‐2‐yn‐1‐yl)‐1H‐pyrazole‐4‐carboxamide derivatives were obtained respectively. The prepared products were characterized using FT‐IR, 1HNMR, and 13CNMR spectroscopies.
