Key Clinical MessageCystinuria is suspected antenatally by a hyperechogenic fetal colonic content. We report the first prenatal case of autosomal dominant SLC7A9‐related cystinuria associated with isolated hyperechogenic kidneys as the only prenatal sonographic sign.
