Abstract
In this issue of Cancer, Nguyen and colleagues describe high risk of disseminated intravascular coagulation (DIC) in patients with KMT2Ar acute myeloid leukemia (AML) compared with matched controls in a retrospective single‐institution analysis. The authors of this editorial put this study into perspective of other AML subtypes at high risk of DIC and bleeding.
