Abstract

AbstractAn unusual finding in hysterectomy specimen. Associated with a history of abortion. Etiology remains unclear. Clinically it presents with infertility, chronic pelvic pain, menorrhagia, and vaginal discharge. Treatment is by hysterescopic excision.
