Abstract

Key Clinical MessagePET‐driven SBRT plus pembrolizumab as first‐line therapy against pleomorphic Pancoast cancer appears beneficial, probably due to high equivalent doses of SBRT on photopenic necrotic core and synergic immune system stimulation of immunoradiotherapy.
