Abstract

6.55 inch Under Display Camera (UDC) for two 4mm * 14mm face ID sensors was proposed. TFT inside method was adopted to face ID area where the transmittance at 940nm up to 34.4%. The full screen maintain 400PPI and the IR light have nearly no influence on face ID area.
