Abstract
The development of Organic Light Emitting Diode (OLED) devices
has shown numerous advantages to date. To further develop and
optimize OLED technology, modeling research has become crucial.
However, existing OLED physical models are not conducive to
industrial applications, and the accuracy of equivalent circuit
models is insufficient. In this paper, a high‐precision segmented
OLED device model is introduced, dividing the voltage into four
regions for construction. This model can simulate and accurately
predict the current‐voltage characteristics and capacitance‐voltage
characteristics of OLED devices. Finally, the proposed model is
imported into software for fitting, and simulation results show very
small overall and partition errors, demonstrating good predictive
performance in terms of voltage scalability.
