Abstract

△E5 is a parameter that is currently a concern in Organic Light Emitting Diode displays, and is the main characteristic value for testing the low brightness and low grayscale (2nit32) effect of the screen. The lower △E5, the better the display uniformity and display effect. At present, the industry demand is below 65. We have found through experiments that the module segment process can effectively reduce the △E5 value. In the OTP process, we apply the 2nit brightness node to the optimal elvss voltage, and in the Demura process, we use the best photography conditions to obtain more accurate optical data csv, thereby achieving a significant reduction in the △E5 value. This paper introduces modules with an △E5 value of around 120 and a method to reduce it to an average △E5 value of around 65, for your reference.
