Abstract

Abstract Evaluation of vaginal leiomyoma by dynamic transvaginal ultrasound improves the diagnosis, with the impact on surgical planning, and surgical outcomes. Sonovaginography using three‐dimensional ultrasound allows the assessment of spatial relationship between the cervix and the tumor.
