Abstract

AbstractTransfer training means that a person with specific knowledge or skills can turn that knowledge or ability into a real‐life scenario and adapt himself more efficiently in a formal or regulated way, such as in a classroom or a training situation. The risk factors in transfer learning include lack of flawless learning goals, practice generalizing in transferring skills, and making students learn social skills are considered essential factors. In this article, the holistic transfer educational learning approach (HTELA) has been proposed to strengthen specific instructional priorities, general practices in transferring knowledge, and socialization of learning for higher education. Knowledge transfer sharing analysis is introduced to enhance expected learning outcomes to focus on suitable material and generalizing to transfer students’ knowledge or skills from one setting to a new one. The learning visualization method was invented to promote engagement and long‐term retention in transfer learning for the higher education system. Statistics show that the suggested framework is trustworthy, with the simulation analysis obtaining an accuracy ratio of 98.2%, validation in the secured score of 95.3%, assessment of numerous learners ratio of 98.4%, error rate analysis of 23.4%, and overall performance ratio of 94.1%.
