Abstract
Multifunctional integrated device is an important research direction to realize high integration device. In this paper, the perovskite‐CdSe quantum dot bilayer structure device is fabricated, which can simultaneously realize luminescence and photoelectric detection functions under different voltage control. The device can apply to the reflective pulse oximeter system, which can further optimize the system structure while realizing reliable heart rate detection and arterial blood oxygenation detection. This work provides an effective solution to simplify the structure of pulse oximetry in the future.
