Abstract
The ambient temperature will affect the lifetime of OLED display devices. With the increase of ambient temperature, the heat dissipation of OLED devices will be affected, and the aging speed will be accelerated. Research shows that after the ambient temperature cools from high temperature, the brightness of OLED will rise. In this paper, the aging mechanism of OLED devices is studied, the influence of high temperature on OLED brightness is analyzed, the brightness change of OLED display under the condition of ambient temperature from high temperature to normal temperature is shown, and a compensation method is proposed to solve the problem that the change of ambient temperature from high temperature to normal temperature causes the brightness to rise, resulting in inaccurate aging compensation. Finally, the OLED screen is actually aging, and the simulation compensation graph is generated according to the algorithm model. The brand formed by the long‐term aging of the screen can be well compensated and the life of the OLED display can be extended.
