Key Clinical MessageWandering spleen results from abnormal ligamentous laxity and is often symptomatic, presented with abdominal pain and other non‐specific symptoms. These symptoms, make the diagnosis very difficult and most of the times even impossible. As such, keeping in mind this pathology, can make further complications less frequent.
