Abstract
AbstractHydrogen solubility in Pd and in Pd‐Rh, Pd‐Ag, and Ag‐Cd alloys is related to the position of the Fermi level and to clustering, brought about by lattice strain. The clustering model also requires the existence of specific heat anomalies observed in Pd‐H and Ta‐H.
