Abstract

Key Clinical MessageEarly recognition and treatment of necrotizing fasciitis reduce mortality rate which is 24.1% among neonates. Antibiotics and debridement are common treatments. Hyperbaric oxygen and negative pressure wound healing show potential but need further investigation.
