AbstractNumerous eponymous instruments are regularly used in the otology surgical suite. This manuscript uses a tympanoplasty to highlight 10 frequently used instruments and the remarkable surgeons behind their creation. Many of these names will be familiar, but we hope our readers will gain an appreciation of these landmark figures that have transformed the practice of otology.
