Abstract
Key Clinical MessageCerebrovascular events are closely related to cardiac events. Chronic inflammatory diseases, such as rheumatoid arthritis (RA), increase the risk of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular stroke. The link between RA, myocardial infarction, and resulting neurological issues highlights the case's complexity, stressing the need for a comprehensive, interdisciplinary medical approach.
