Abstract

AbstractFrom the whole plants of Macrosolen bidoupensis Tangane & V.S. Dang, five triterpenoids, 24‐methylenecycloartanol (1), (23Z)‐cycloart‐23‐en‐3β,25‐diol (2), mollic acid (3), ursolic acid (4), 3β‐hydroxyurs‐11‐en‐28,13‐olide (5), together with two compounds, one C11‐norisoprenoid, loliolide (6), and one lignan, syringaresinol (7) were determined by using HR‐ESI‐MS, and NMR assignments. For the first time all compounds except 2 were clarified from the genus Macrosolen, whereas, compound 2 was verified from this species.
