Abstract

SummaryA comparative account of the tracheary elements of seven introduced fruit and ornamental hardwoods from Nigeria is provided. The wood samples are of Anacardium occidentale, Bixa orellana, Cordia millenii, Casuarina equisetifolia, Eucalyptus citriodora, Magnifera indica and Psidium guajava.
