Abstract

AbstractWe are presenting a 35‐year‐old woman with past medical history of disseminated leiomyomatosis who presented with heart failure symptoms and was found to have post‐capillary pulmonary hypertension and high cardiac output state in right heart catheterization secondary to a huge pelvic arterio‐venous fistula.
