1. Acceptable behavior contracts are voluntary contracts made between individuals and local agencies. Over thirteen thousand were issued between 2002 and 2006.
2. Powers for police to act before court sentencing, of which 200,000 have been issued since 2004.
3. Powers for police that enable them to break up groups of young people seen as causing problems in specific areas. Eight hundred and nine dispersal orders were issued between 2004 and 2005.
