Abstract
The article deals with hybrid learning organization and realization in modern education. The article substantiates teacher’s tasks in hybrid learning and explains how they differ from the teacher’s tasks in traditional learning. The article describes chal- lenges faced by a teacher in the process of hybrid learning implementation and identifies roles for successful “hybrid” practice. The article states that teacher’s professional compe- tence is a significant condition for the development of hybrid learning formats. The article suggests the following strategies for teacher’s professional competence development to implement hybrid learning: research strategy, strategy involving teachers in designing hy- brid educational environments, cooperative strategy in hybrid learning realization and self-directed learning strategy.
