Abstract
SummaryFatigue and common psychiatric symptoms – depression in particular – have consistently been found to be strongly associated. All have a negative impact on functional status, but evidence suggests that functional impairment is especially marked when they co-occur. Therefore, it is pertinent to understand the relationship between fatigue and depression.
