Abstract
SummaryAn attempt to compare observers’ evaluations of aspects of group psychotherapy with the patients’ assessments of the same selected variables (i.e. ‘acceptance’, ‘abreaction’ and ‘improvement’) is described.Correlation coefficients between the observers’ and clients’ rankings of these factors were obtained, and the implications of the findings are discussed in relation to each group.
