Abstract
SummaryFour cases of obsessive-compulsive neurosis following head injury are described, three of which are from a consecutive series and the fourth from a discordant monozygotic twin pair. The aetiological significance of head injury in this disorder is discussed in the context of the clinical findings and of previous series of brain injured patients.
