РЕАБІЛІТАЦІЙНИЙ ДІАГНОЗ ПАЦІЄНТІВ З СИНДРОМОМ ЦЕРВІКАЛГІЇ НА ОСНОВІ МІЖНАРОДНОЇ КЛАСИФІКАЦІЇ ФУНКЦІОНУВАННЯ, ОБМЕЖЕНЬ ЖИТТЄДІЯЛЬНОСТІ ТА ЗДОРОВ’Я

Abstract

Nowadays the percent of patients with the syndrome of cervicalgia is increasing, this is first of all due to long-term static sitting position, stressful situations, local hypothermia, blocking of the facet joints and clumsy movement in cervical spine, which leads to a significant deterioration in the quality of life of such patients. To improve the efficiency of the rehabilitation of people with the syndrome ofcervicalgia, it is advisable in addition to a medical diagnosis to make a rehabilitation on the International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health (ICF), which will show all patient’s disorders at the levelof structure, function, activity, participation and environmental factors. Aim. To establish a rehabilitation diagnosis to the patients with the syndrome of cervicalgia on the basis of the ICF. Materials and methods of research. 30 people aged 32 to 46 with cervicalgia syndrome took part in the research. Methods of research: clinical, instrumental and sociological. Results and their discussion: according to the results of the physical therapy examinations and the ICF, disorders in the form of pain sensations, limitation of mobility, decreased proprioception, muscle tone in the cervical spine and tolerance to physical exertion were found in people with cervicalgia syndrome. Conclusions. A made rehabilitation diagnosis on the basis of the ICF, analysis of the functioning and limitations of people with cervicalgia syndrome at the level of structure, function, activity, participation and stabilizing factors will increase the efficiency pf recovery of patients with this pathology and improve their quality of life.
