Abstract
Simocybe centunculus is reported for the first time from Türkiye, based on the identification of the specimens collected from the Beykoz (İstanbul) district. This species is the first member of the genus Simocybe reported from Türkiye. A brief description of the presented species is provided, together with the photographs illustrating its macro- and micromorphologies.
